Outer spherical bearing is a variant structure of deep groove ball bearing, characterized by a spherical outer diameter design of the outer ring, which can be matched with the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to achieve automatic centering function. It is suitable for working conditions with large neutral deviation or deflection between the shaft and the seat hole
Self centering performance: The outer ring spherical design can compensate for installation deviations, allowing for a certain degree of alignment error between the shaft and the bearing seat
Sealing performance: Most models are equipped with double-sided sealing rings, pre installed with lubricating grease at the factory, and have a long maintenance free cycle
Load capacity: mainly radial load, axial load shall not exceed 20% of rated dynamic load (with top wire model)
main types
Top thread type (UC type): The inner ring is equipped with top thread screws, suitable for axial fastening
With eccentric sleeve type (UEL type): The top wire is located on the eccentric sleeve, providing higher installation flexibility
Conical hole type (UK type): The inner hole has a 1:12 taper and can be adjusted for clearance by tightening the liner
Application field
Agricultural machinery: such as the transmission shaft of a harvester, utilizing its centering ability to adapt to long axis deflection.
Industrial equipment: fans, conveyor systems, and other scenarios that require simplified installation
Construction machinery: dustproof and waterproof through double sealing in harsh environments
