Motor bearings, also known as electric motor bearings or motor bearings, are specialized support components used in electric motors, encompassing features such as their structure, dimensions, types, and precision. These bearings reduce friction through metal ball or roller elements, supporting the rotation of the motor's main shaft. The primary types include rolling bearings, sliding bearings, spherical bearings, and oil-impregnated bearings, with rolling bearings being widely adopted due to their high load-bearing capacity

Small and medium-sized motors commonly use rolling bearings, with deep groove ball bearings typically employed at both ends of small motors, while cylindrical roller bearings are often used on the load side of medium-sized motors. Bearings are categorized into two types based on lubrication methods: grease-lubricated and oil-lubricated. Key compatible models include specialized types such as QABP frequency conversion motors, M2QA-H marine motors, and the Y2 series. During installation, press-fit or heat-fit methods must be used, along with strict adherence to cleaning, dimensional verification, and rust prevention procedures. Mineral oil-based grease should be selected, and the grease filling amount must comply with standards
